Course Highlights
Course Structure
1. Digital Literacy Program (Duration: 20 Hours)*
Learn the basics, application of various tools and devices for communication and networking via the internet.
2. Dhangyan (Duration: 12 Hours)*
Learn to take better financial decisions in life. It also orients you on banking systems and operations.
3. BFSI BDE_SLING Course (Duration: 4 Hours)*
Get oriented on the Indian banking system and the basics of selling banking products. Practice conversational English along the way.
4. Self Discovery (Duration: 21 Hours)
This course promotes self-reflection. You will identify your strength and weaknesses and adopt behaviours of growth mindset and positive attitude.
5. Life Skills (Duration: 30 Hours)
In this module you will learn how to practice GRIT, manage conflicts, accept change and use systems thinking to solve problems.
6. Values (Duration: 6 Hours)
Learn to adopt behaviours and attitudes that showcase your values at the workplace and personal life.
7. Customer Centricity (Duration: 6 Hours)
This module introduces you to the fundamentals of customer service and promote customer-oriented behaviours.
8. Workplace Preparedness (Duration: 21 Hours)
In this module you will learn tips of effective resume writing, acing interviews and create action plans to sustain workplace success.
9. Selling Skills – SPANCO (Duration: 68 Hours)
In this module you will learn to apply a structured sales process to effectively approach customers, present products, convince, negotiate and close the sale. The module will also discuss aspects of the post and ongoing customer service.
You are eligible to receive an industry-recognized TATA STRIVE Certificate after completion of all 9 modules and passing the final exam.

** Duration of the complete course, including online and classroom modules, is 214 Hours.
