A compact One Year Program designed for those who are keen to learn the hotel operations and kick start their career in the Hotel Industry.

The program prepares the aspirant for the four major departments of Hotel – Front Office, F & B Service, Food Production, and House Keeping – and eventually, after completion of this course, would be able to make an informed choice of the specialisation he/she would like to join.
Course Duration: 1 Year
The course is a One Year Diploma Program, divided into two semesters, innovatively designed to impart the hotel operations domain knowledge and skills.
The uniquely developed course is a perfect blend of job aligned skills (70%) and general education (30%).

Diploma award from Bharat Sevak Samaj (BSS), National Development Agency, established in 1952 by Planning Commission, Govt of India.
Specialisation Govt Skill Certificate awarded from Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council under Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt of India.
Although imparting deep knowledge of Hotel domain is at the core of this program, modules on Tourism Management, Principles of Management, Hotel Accountancy are taught, which are a big value addition to this one year program.
Communication Skills, Digital Literacy, Hygiene & Sanitation all make this program holistic and comprehensive. As hotel management is a very hand-on learning, emphasis is laid on practical training.
The delivery is a blend of 30% classroom delivery and 70% practical training with simulations, role plays, expert sessions, industry visits, orientation, and many more innovative pedagogy methods.
