Every institution has a beginning. Ours began with a vision to make quality hospitality education and professional skill development accessible to aspiring learners.
Established in 2008 by two passionate hospitality professionals, VISAN Hospitality was built on the belief that practical knowledge, professional values, and the right training can help people work towards meaningful careers.
Over the years, this vision has grown beyond hospitality education to include aviation, tourism, customer service, and employment-linked skill development.
Our journey reflects a continuing commitment to learning, professional growth, and creating opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Our Journey Through the Years
2008
The Beginning
VISAN Hospitality was established by two hospitality professionals with experience in international hospitality operations and education. The organisation began with a vision to develop skilled professionals through quality training and career-focused learning.
2012
Expanding into Skill Development
The School of Skills Development in Hospitality (SSDH) was launched in 2012 to extend the organisation’s work in vocational education and professional training.
Through government-funded and CSR-supported initiatives, SSDH has trained more than 10,000 individuals in areas including aviation, hospitality, tourism, food and beverage service, housekeeping, front office operations, and customer service.
2013
A Commitment to Social Impact
VISAN Foundation was established in 2013 with a focus on three key areas: skill development, education, and women’s empowerment.
Through its initiatives, the foundation works to create learning and skill-building opportunities for underserved and marginalised communities, helping individuals develop capabilities for more sustainable livelihoods.
2019
Recognition & Wider Reach
In 2019, VISAN Hospitality was honoured with the Best Training Partner Award for Placements by the Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council (THSC), recognising its contribution to skill development and employment generation.
The same year also marked an expansion of its training presence, with the establishment of a regional office in Imphal and an additional training centre in Warangal.
Today
Building Skills for Tomorrow
Today, VISAN Hospitality offers specialised programs in Aviation and Hospitality Management, alongside training pathways across related service industries.
Its approach brings together classroom learning, practical exposure, professional grooming, and career preparation to help learners understand workplace expectations and prepare for opportunities in hospitality, aviation, tourism, and customer service.
The organisation continues to work towards its vision of becoming a globally recognised centre for professional excellence and career-focused training.
