Our History

VISAN Hospitality is a leading organization in the fields of Aviation, Hospitality, and Skill Development, established in 2008 by two passionate hospitality professionals with extensive experience in international hospitality operations and education. With a vision to transform lives through quality training and meaningful career opportunities, the organization has been committed to empowering youth and creating industry-ready professionals.

Driven by a mission to deliver excellence in service and education, VISAN Hospitality launched the School of Skills Development in Hospitality (SSDH) in 2012. Over the years, SSDH has successfully trained more than 10,000 young individuals in Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism, Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping, Front Office Operations, Customer Service, and related sectors through various Government-funded and CSR-supported initiatives.

Recognizing its contribution to skill development and employment generation in the Aviation & Hospitality sectors, VISAN Hospitality was honored with the Best Training Partner Award for Placements by the Tourism & Hospitality Sector Skill Council (THSC) in 2019. The same year marked a significant milestone in the organization's growth with the establishment of its Regional Office in Imphal and an additional training center in Warangal, further expanding its reach and impact across India.

To strengthen its social commitment, VISAN Foundation was established in 2013, focusing on three key pillars: Skill Development, Education, and Women Empowerment. Through various initiatives in Aviation & Hospitality, the foundation continues to provide opportunities for underprivileged and marginalized communities to build sustainable careers.

Today, VISAN Hospitality offers specialized programs in Aviation & Hospitality Management, designed to equip students with industry-relevant knowledge, practical exposure, professional grooming, and placement opportunities. The organization's vision is to become a globally recognized center of excellence, preparing young talent for successful careers in the Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism, and Service Industries worldwide.
